The delivery details will be sent to the contact information provided by the customer at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is typically instant upon payment confirmation.
However, in some cases, delays may occur depending on:

  • Payment gateway verification times
  • Security checks for high-risk transactions
  • Network or system delays

Customers are advised to wait for confirmation before contacting support.

4. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The correct email address and/or phone number is provided at checkout
  • The selected product matches the intended platform or region

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
